On Oct. 1 RBHS and Hickman High School went head to head in competition at the Hickman swimming pool. Competition featured members composed of mixed groups to test each other's water.

At the top of their lungs: RBHS fans in the Bru Crew section at the Providence Bowl cheered wildly. The RBHS football team went on to win the Providence Bowl. With “ROCK BRIDGE” spelled out on their stomachs, they faced the HHS students dressed in purple and gold on the opposite side of the field. Rival fans taunted the Bruins by placing a stuffed bear through a sword and passing it through the crowd, mocking the Bruin mascot. Bru Crew members showed up with jeers of their own, dressing in diapers to make fun of the Kewpie mascot. Photo by Maria Kalaitzandonakes
