In this June 25, 2014, file photo, a Kurdish peshmerga fighter carries his weapon walks onto his base, where two flags of the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) are seen on a building, right, and water tower, left, at the front line with the al-Qaida-inspired militants in Tuz Khormato, 100 kilometers (62 miles) south of the oil rich province of Kirkuk, northern Iraq. The Islamic State group may be sprouting tentacles across the region but it is struggling in Syria, part of its heartland, where it has stalled or even lost ground in fighting with multiple enemies on multiple fronts. There are signs of tensions and powers struggles emerging among its ranks of foreign jihadis. (AP Photo/Hussein Malla, File)

It’s interesting see the views of other students at RB. I agree that it is wrong for civilians to get caught in the fight with ISIS, but if it can be avoided I hope that our government is trying not to harm the civilians in those areas where ISIS is suspected to be.

I liked the format used to display this message. The interactive slide show made it easy for the readers to glimpse through and also read the answers of several RB students. I also think the pictures added a nice touch so audience members could get a better feel of the topic, and who was being interviewed.
