With the transition from 2014 to 2015, people tend to set goals for them known as New Year’s resolutions. These goals are meant for people to improve themselves. Top 10 New Year’s resolutions are losing weight, getting organized, spending less and saving more, enjoying life to the fullest, staying fit and healthy, learning something exciting, quitting smoking, helping others in their dreams, falling in love, and spending more time with family, respectively. According to University of Scranton Journal of Clinical Psychology in Jan.1, 2014, only eight percent of the people have success in achieving their New Year’s resolution.
