Power poses can often generate confidence and composure when people take up the maximum amount of physical space possible with their bodies. Any pose that keeps your body open can be a variation of a power pose and can be adopted naturally into body language.

Annual show choir festival cancelled due to inclement weather

The annual show choir festival was scheduled to be held on Sat. Jan. 14. This event, hosted by the RBHS performing arts department, however, was cancelled and will not be rescheduled.
