Show choir to host charity benefit Feb. 6

RBHS show choir will perform their charity benefit, Voices for a Change, Feb. 6 in the Performing Arts Center. Battle High School and Stephens College will also perform.
All four soloists from advanced treble choir sing their highlighted part of O-Yo-Yo. Behind the soloists, Amya Carson, Ellen Schaezler, Elsa Kelley-Marcum, and Kate Lopez, members of tenor/bass chorus play percussion: Luke Milyo, Zach Simpson, and Jake Doherty.

Fall choral concert delights crowds

The RBHS Vocal Music Department hosted a free Fall Choral Concert from 7-8 p.m. Oct. 17. The four choirs performed a combined total of 16 songs, conducted by choir director Mike Pierson and accompanied by Bob Bohon.

Four choirs to perform in fall concert

On Oct. 17 at 7 p.m. the chamber choir, advanced treble chorus, tenor/bass chorus and treble choir will play in their fall concert. The concert is scheduled to last a little over an hour. Repertoire includes madrigals, ballads, gospel, spirituals, and contemporary choral music. The four choir groups have been preparing for their first concert since the beginning of the school year.
